How to prepare a tomato rasam

Tomato rasam recipe is a one of the most popular  south indian rasam  recipe  the rasam is note taste but healthy good . The rasam served to  rice . Very easy to make tomato rasam .
 the main ingredients is are tomato and rasam powder .
Cooking time : 150 minutes
Serving of member is : 3 to 4 members .  

The ingredients of tomato rasam is are :

  • Tomato - 2 - 3
  • onion - 2
  • Rasam Powder 1-2 tsp
  • Toor dal - 1/2 cup 
  • Garlic - 2 leaves
  • Ginger paste - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • Mustard - 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves - 5 leaves
  • Salt to taste
  •  Coriander leaves -  2 leaves
  •  Jeera - 1 tsp
  • Oil - 1 tsp
  • Hing - 1 pinch
  • Red chilli powder - 1 tsp

Preparation  to tomato rasam

  • Heat the oil in pan Add hing and mustard seeds , curry leaves , red  chilli   , turmeric powder, garlic , ginger to fry in to the pan and grind to a all ingredients .
  • Next cut to a tomato and onion in tial  pan
  • Low flame  of a fire to cook of tomato and onion  
  • Next grind to a ingredients in mix up a tomato and onion and salt in taste  to a low flame fire in to the cooking of a tomato rasam .And garines to a curry leaves and coriander leaves .
  • tomato rasam is ready to serving of  a rice .
