How to Prepare weight Coconut Chutney

Making South Indian Coconut chutney  for dosa , idli and vada is very simple  of coconut chutney  just bland fresh coconut, Red Chilli , Onion , curd , mustard  is real taste is different  and very sweet in  weight  Coconut chutney

Cooking time : 1/2 minutes .
Serving in members : 2 to 3 members . 


The ingredients of Coconut Chutney is are   

  • Coconut grated -1/2 cup .
  • Green  chilli - 2 .
  • onion - small size onion 1/2 . 
  • Mustard - 1 tsp.
  • curd - 2 tsp.
  • salt -As per your taste 
  • Red chilli -1 

Preparation

  • grind the coconut all other ingredients and expected for garines .
  • Ground ingredients in to serving bowl
  • Heat the oil a small pan
  • Add red chilli mustard fry in the oil
  • Remove heat add the all ingredients serving bowl  and garnish to a coconut chutney .
