Ingredients :
- Carrots - 3
- Sugar - 3 cup
- Ghee - 2 cup
- Milk - 2 cup
- Cardamom - 1 pinch .
- Dry fruit - 1 cup
Preparation :
- Peel off the Carrots . Grate them finely .
- Heat a Kadai and add finely grated carrot and milk . Nicely mix both the items in medium flame .
- When milk is completely absorbed , add sugar and mix them nicely till the sugar is absorbed.
- Add ghee to it so that it doesn`t stick to bottom . Switch off flame . Add Cardamom powder for aroma and taste . Garnish with cashew nuts .
- Let it cool for a while .
