How to prepare a Carrot Halwa or Gajar Halwa

The South Indian Recipe of Carrot Halwa  is very sweet and very smooth of Halwa . My favourite in carrot Halwa Carrot  Halwa is a very good health recipe . The nutrition and vitamins , minerals of Carrot Halwa is : Energy , Carbohydrates , protein , total fat , Cholesterol , Dietary fiber .
Vitamins : Foliates ,  Niacin , pantheistic acid , vitamin A , Vitamin C , Vitamin K .
Minerals : Calcium , Copper , Iron , Magnesium . ..... etc

Cooking time : 3 Min
Serving : 4 Member .

 Ingredients :


  •   Carrots - 3
  • Sugar - 3 cup 
  • Ghee - 2 cup 
  • Milk - 2 cup 
  • Cardamom - 1 pinch
  • Dry fruit - 1 cup  

Preparation :

South Indian Carrot

  1. Peel off the Carrots . Grate them finely
  2. Heat a Kadai and add finely grated carrot and milk . Nicely mix both the items in medium flame
  3. When milk is completely absorbed , add sugar and  mix them nicely till the sugar is absorbed
  4. Add ghee to it so that it doesn`t stick to bottom . Switch off flame . Add Cardamom powder for aroma and taste . Garnish with cashew nuts .
  5. Let it cool for a while .
