How to prepare a Wheat Flour Burfi (Godi Burfi ) To healthy good sweet .

The south Indian Wheat Flour Burfi (Godi Burfi ) is a very sweet and Good health recipe  . God`s gift to children  Wheat Flour is reach sources of  Vitamin A , Vitamin E, Vitamin K , Thiamin  .......etc . And minerals of  Calcium , Iron , Magnesium , phosphorus , potassium , sodium and zinc .... etc .    
   What is common between cake , bread , crackers , pasta and noodles ? All of them almost always contain flour! The wheat is processed in varies method in order to crate a different kinds of preparations several Nutritious foods . The wheat Kemels or berries , which are ground to obtain wheat flour .consist of three distinct parts: bran, embryo and the endosperm. During the milling process, they are separated and recombined to produce varieties of wheat flour. But, since we are talking about whole wheat flour, a textured and brownish appearance is seen due to the presence of bran, the outer covering of the kernels. Whole wheat flour provides significant nutrients and health benefits. Listed here are some of the advantages of consuming whole wheat flour.

The  ingredients of preparing Wheat Flour Burfi :  

  • Wheat Flour ( Godi ) -  2 cup 
  • Ghee - 1 tsp 
  • Jiggery  - 4 to 5 pieces 
  • Cashew - 10 


Preparation : 

  1. Fry the Cashews nuts in ghee and set  a side .
  2. Dry roast the wheat flour in a heavy bottomed pan . Till it turn light brown colour and allow it to cool . 
  3. Heat the little water in a vessel , add the rated jiggery and mix well . Allow the jiggery to melt and cook until the slurp is sticky . 
  4. Add the roasted wheat flour and ghee and cook for 2 or 3 minutes . Stir continuously and remove from the flame . 
  5. Spread in a greased plate and cut into small pieces , Garnish with fried cashews 
Wheat flour Burfi is ready to serve for coffee or tee  .
