How to prepare a hesaru bele dosa

The south Indian hesaru bele dosa is very sweet and smooth in dosa . The verity of dosas , and several recipes for each one of them . I wanted to make a healthier version of Adai Dosa.   the moongdal  dosa is a kind of quick fix breakfast menu though loaded with vitamins and other power packed nutrients with body cooling properties . Hence it makes to my weekly list of breakfast do also it can be so easily done without compromising on the taste .

Preparation time : 1 hour 
Cooking time : 1/2 minutes 
Serving members : 4 members . 



The ingredients of preparing hesaru bele dosa :
  •  Moongdal (hesaru bele ) - 3 cups soaked in hot water .
  • Jeera - 3 tsp
  •  Ginger - 2 
  • Green chilli - 3
  • Ghee - 2 tsp 
  • Salt to taste


 

South Indian hesaru bele dosa

Preparation : 

  1. Add a hesaru bele , jeera , 2 green chilli  and salt in mix all ingredients and grinding to a batter .  Serve to bowl .
  2. Heat a griddle , once hot our in a ladle full the dosa batter .
  3. Spired the  batter into a circle . Smear ghee on top and side of the dosas to get a good roasted / crisp dosa . 
  4. After you see the bottom getting light brownish colour , flip the dosa 
  5.  The other side of the dosa should be done 2-3 second .
  6. You can relish this crisp bites of nutritions dosa with coconut chutney and samber .
