How to prepare a Paneer Batter Masala

The Paneer Batter Masala made in rich cream gravy is on the special dishes of Paneer which can be prepared for any party and special guests . it can be prepared with numerous styles . The following method is the easiest method of making Paneer Batter Masala which taste very similar to Restaurant Styles Paneer Batter  Masala . It takes very less time for preparing it .

Preparation time  : 1 hours
Cooking time : 2 hours
Serving in Members : 4 members .


Ingredients : 

Punjabi style Batter Paneer Masala .
  • Paneer - 250 grams 
  • Tomato - 3 medium size 
  • Green chilli - 1-2 
  • Ginger - 1 inch pieces 
  • Onion - 1 ( purred) 
  • Garlic - 1 tsp 
  • Cashews - 3 tsp (ground ) 
  • Coriander - 1 tsp ( Ground ) 
  • Turmeric powder - 2 tsp 
  • Garam  Masala - 1 tsp 
  • Batter - 2 tsp 
  • Curd - 3 tsp 
  • Salt to taste . 
  • Curry Leaves . 

Preparation : 

  1. Melt the Batter in a pan . 
  2. Add the Paneer and fry until golden brown on all sides . 
  3. Let the paneer soak in warm water for 30 minutes . 
  4. Melt the Batter in a pan . 
  5. Add the onion and sauté until brown  
  6. Add garlic and ginger and sauté until fragrant about a minute . 
  7. Add the chilli powder , Cashews , Tomato , Coriander , turmeric powder , gram Masala and simmer for 5 minutes . 
  8. Add the paneer and simmer and 4 minutes . 
  9. Remove from heat and stir in the batter and curd  . 
Batter Paneer Masala is ready to serve in chapatti , Parrota , nan or rice .
