How to prepare a vegetable fried rice

The North Indian vegetable fried rice recipe is very popular and very taste and simple and delicacies alternative fired rice .  The rice prepared to vegetables of beans , tomato , ginger ,garlic,  potato , onion .... etc to prepare a  vegetable fried rice   in India . 

Preparation time :  1 minutes .
Cooking time : 2 1/2 minutes . 
Serve in members : 4 members .  

The ingredients prepare  vegetable fried rice :


  • Basmati rice - 1 cup 
  • vegetable - 1 cup chopped ( beans , carrot and peas )
  • Green chillies - 2-3 chopped 
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp 
  • onion - 1 to 2 chopped 
  • Black jeera - 1 tsp 
  • Salt to taste . 


Preparation : 

  1. Wash and soak the rice in enough water for 10 -15  mints and drain .
  2. Add rice , little salt , black jeera and 1 tsp oil in boiling water . 
  3. Cook uncovered on medium heat till rice is tender . 
  4. Take care the rice should not be overcooked and each grin of rice should be separate . 
  5.  When rice is done drain the excess water and spread the cooked rice in a large plate and set a side . 
  6. Heat a oil in a large pan and stir fry all the chopped vegetables ginger , garlic , onion and green chilli for 3-4 minutes . 
  7. Vegetable should not be overcooked , they should be crisp . 
  8. Mix salt and pepper to taste  .
  9. Add the rice and  toss it gently and cook on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes . 
The fried rice is ready serve to coffee and tee in  breakfast time .
