The south Indian Kesari Bath is a very sweet and simple south Indian dessert mainly prepared during festive and special occasions . Adding fruits make it even tastier and here`s one with pineapple being our key guest ingredients .

The ingredients of preparing kesari Bath :
- Rava - 1 cup
- Ghee - 1 cup
- Cardamom - 1 tsp
- saffron to garnish
- Dry fruits of choice .
- Sugar - 2 cup
- Water - 3 cup
- Cashew nuts - 10
- Raisins - 10
- Food colour (yellow colour) - 1 pinch
Preparation :
- Remove the skin and powder the cardamom , fry cashew nuts and raisins in ghee till light brown and keep a side .
- In the same pan , add little more ghee and fry rave until there is a slight change in the colour .
- Boil 2 cups of water in a vessel . When it begins to boil , add kesar, yellow colour and sugar .
- Add the rave little by little to avoid lumps .
- sprinkle cardamom powder simmer and cover with lid so that rave cooks well .
- Top it with the remaining ghee
- Garnish a cashew nut and Raisins .
